Jacqlyn Louise Parks

A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Jacqlyn Louise Moore Parks will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 at 11:00 A. M. in the Greater New Friendship Baptist Church, Hwy 19 South, Dublin, Ga. The Rev. Dr. Fredrick Williams will officiate and the interment will follow. Mrs. Parks was born October 18, 1956 to the union of the late Richard and Jeanette Rogers Moore in Laurens County, Georgia. She was called from labor to reward on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Wrightsville Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. Jacqlyn was educated in the Laurens County School System. At an early age she joined Pearly Chapel Church, which later became Greater New Friendship Baptist Church. She was employed with the City of Dublin Water Department and varies other manufacturing companies. Jackie, as she was fondly called by to those who knew her well, was a friendly, outgoing person who loved and cherished her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Jeanette Moore, four brothers, Willie Moore, Richard E. Moore, Simon Moore and Moses Moore. Mrs. Parks leaves to mourn her passing, one son, Benjamin L. Moore, Rentz, Ga., one sister, Essie Jean Moore, Dublin, Ga., two nieces, four nephews and a host of other cousins and friends.
