Kennedy Funeral Home in Cresson in January 2018, renaming it Kennedy-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services before adopting the Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services name in late 2019. The business is part of a small family-owned group that also includes Heath-Anderson Funeral Home in Mount Union, acquired in July 2019.
The funeral home serves Cresson and nearby Cambria County communities including Ashville, Carrolltown, and Beaverdale, as well as the Altoona area. Garrett Anderson and family members Madison, Colt, Davanee, Autumn, and Jordyn are involved in operating the funeral home, offering both traditional funeral and cremation arrangements.
