Wayne Mellon
YORK -- Wayne Mellon, 67, of 2049 Meadow Road passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
A celebration of life service will be from 2 - 4 PM on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Trinity United Methodist Church Trinity Center.
Wayne was a son of the late Charles Ray Mellon and Mary Etta Mellon Spain. Wayne was former owner and operator of the Farmer's Meat Center in York, and was currently employed with BiLo.
He is survived by wife Peggy Mellon of York, SC, daughter Pam Jamieson (Chris) of York, SC, son Steven Mellon (Leann) of York, SC, sister Ponise Alice Wright, and five grandchildren, Crystal Jamieson, Alan Jamieson, Mackenzie Jamieson, and Savannah Mellon, and Max Mellon.
