YORK -- Infant Tyler Bradley Smith of York passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Barry Lambert officiating.
Tyler is survived by his parents Zack and Tracy Jenkins Smith of York, SC, sister Avery Leigh Smith, grandparents, Ric and Theresa Jenkins of Rock Hill, SC, and Ann L. Smith of York, SC. He was preceded in death by his grandfather John Smith.
