Tonja Jo Brindle KINGS MOUNTAIN Tonja Jo Sutphin Brindle, 42, of 217 Fulton St died Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Saturday February 25, 2012 at Bratton Funeral Home in York. Tonja was a daughter of Gordon B. Sutphin and the late Sheila Jo Watkins Sutphin. She is survived by her father, Gordon B. Sutphin and his wife Linda of Clover, two grandmothers, Kathleen Bircham, and Betty Jo Sanders, both of Bluewell, WV, husband John Lee Brindle, daughters, Ashley Patton of Clover, Courtney Patton of the home, brothers, Timothy Sutphin and his wife Sally of York, Gordon (Benny) Sutphin IV of Thomasville, NC, and two grandchildren, Bryson Patton and Sheila Edwards, both of Clover.
