Teddy Benfield CLOVER -- Teddy Doyle Benfield, 45, of 2652 Greenleaf Road died Sunday, December 2, 2012. The funeral will be at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Greater Life Ministries with the Rev. Milton Smith officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 from 2 - 3 PM at Greater Life Ministries in Clover, SC. Teddy was a son of Cathey Whitener Frye and the late Louis Edward Benfield. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a self employed roofing contractor in Martinsville, VA. He is survived by his parents Cathey and Wayne Frye of Clover, SC, children, Christopher Thraser of Anderson, SC, Shawn Eberly and SC, Stephanie Eberly both of Lake Wylie, SC, Justin Benfield of Clover, SC, Kelley Motley Eberly of Rock Hill, SC, two grandchildren, Aiden and Carson, brother, Eddie Benfield and sister Tonya Jenkins both of Clover, SC. He was preceded in death by his father Louis Edward Benfield.
