YORK – Sammy “Sam” Osborne, 84, of York, SC passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020.
Sam was born on March 10, 1936 in Locust, NC. He was the son of the late Charles Osborne and Grace Adkins Osborne. He is survived by his son, Donald Wayne Osborne (Lona), daughter, Barbara Osborne Rowland, step daughter, Joann Rowland (Richard), eleven grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his brothers, Fin Osborne, Teet Osborne, Dink Osborne, Bill Osborne, Tom Osborne, and sisters, Kate Hammonds, Lily Mae (Jackie) Long, and Nellie Caston.
