YORK -- Ruth Bridges Goss, of York died, Thursday, June 18, 2015, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
The family will receive friends Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Bratton Funeral Home in York. Burial will be private.
Ruth was a daughter of the late Sidney E. Bridges and Myrtle Falls Bridges. She was the widow of Edwin “Ed” Goss and Marion Jonas. Ruth was a member of Divine Saviour Catholic Church in York and she retired from Industrial Minerals as a secretary.
She is survived by 4 sons, Richard Goss (Shirley) of York, SC, Pierre Goss (Sheila) of York, SC, Randy Goss (Ginny) of Fort Mill, SC, Mark Goss (Linda) of York, SC, 12 grandchildren Teresa Anderson, Chris “Bubba” Goss, Laura Queen, Leslie Goss, Polly Goss, Suzanna Goss, Julie Little, Wendy Huber, Michelle Goss, Mary Goss, Andy Goss, April Smith, 6 great grandchildren Justin Anderson, Sarah Anderson, Bryson Queen, Paisley Queen, Tori Smith and Grace Smith.
