Rusian Leary HOLLY RIDGE, NC Rusian Leary, 80, of Holly Ridge stepped over into glory Friday, August 10, 2012, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Bratton Funeral Home with Revs. Kenneth Huffman and Michael Leary officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 6 - 8 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York. Rusian was a son of the late Robert M and Eva Walton Leary. He was a retired supervisor at Fieldcrest Cannon and was a veteran of the US Army. He is survived by wife Edgenora Crompton Leary of Holly Ridge, NC, daughters, Denise Back (Mike), Terri Shaver, Sue Vannoy (Jerry), Val Keith (Greg), sons, Rusty Leary (Diane), Mickey Leary (Robin), Chris Leary (Kim), Kevin Leary (Jamie), brother, Robert Leary (Dreamer), sister, Jeanette Maready, 20 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Ricky Leary, brothers, Roy, Raymond, Barney, Hubert, Norman, Wilson, and Loyd Leary, sisters, Thelma Wagner, Nina Blanks, Rillie Sandlin, Marie Edens, Martha Leary, Helen Lee Leary, and Ruth Rochelle. Memorials may be made to charity of one's choice. Bratton Funeral Home in York, SC is serving the Leary family.
