Ruby Kale Starnes YORK Ruby Kale Starnes, 86, of York, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at White Oak Manor in Waxhaw, NC. A graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York, SC with the Rev. Carey Caldwell officiating. Ruby was the daughter of the late William Pinkney and Aquilla Petty Blanton. She is survived by son Roland Kale Jr. of Waxhaw, NC, daughters Barbara Patterson of Bessemer City, NC, Hedy Talley of Concord, NC, 7 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Roland Kale Sr. and Ralph Starnes. Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church, PO Box 689,York, SC 29745.
