CLOVER -- Rosalie Hastings McCarter, 90, of 1844 Edge Park Road passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015, at her home in Clover.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Lewis Gunn and Rev. Larry Briggs officiating. The family will revieve friends on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 9:30 - 11:00 AM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Rosalie was a daughter of the late Virgil Hastings and Ruby Pierson Hastings. She was the widow of Scott Johnson McCarter. Rosalie was a homemaker and a member of Lake Wylie Christian Assembly.
She is survived by children, Ruth Helms (Eddie) of Clover, SC, Russell McCarter (Sharon) of Clover, SC, Eric McCarter of Clover, SC, Linda Norris of York, SC, Jean Nelson (Ronnie) of Clover, SC, Jane Briggs (Larry) of Hopewell, VA, and Jo Jones (Carter) of Manning, SC, 12 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
