SHARON – Roger Bryant Devon, 80, of Sharon, SC passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
The funeral service will be at 11 AM on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Hickory Grove Church of God with the Reverend Mike Goodwin officiating. Burial will be at Hickory Grove Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Saturday morning at the church.
Born in Shelby, NC Roger was the son of the late William Bryant Devon and Irene Smith Devon. He served in the US Navy and was a member of Hickory Grove Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Jackson Devon, daughters; Janet Jau (Hans), Sandi Blanton (Jeff), Kathy Taylor (Ron), Roxanne Jones (Jaman), and Patti Lankford (JD), sons, JC Bradley (Chrystal), Bobby Bradley (Sarah), sister, Judy Bowen (Junior), nineteen grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Biggerstaff.
