Robert “Bobby” Gordon
YORK -- Robert “Bobby” Wylie Gordon, 84, of 1801 Ratchford Road died Monday, April 08, 2013, at his home in York.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at First Baptist Church in York with the Rev. Trey Doyle officiating. Visitation will follow in the church parlor at First Baptist Church.
A native of York, South Carolina, Bobby Gordon was a son of the late Walker Gordon and Elizabeth Purcell Gordon. He was a member First Baptist Church in York. He worked at Rock Hill Printing and Finishing in Rock Hill as a supervisor for 48 years and he was also a farmer. He served in the S.C. National Guard as Command Sergeant Major for 37 Years. .
He is survived by his wife Annette White Gordon and a daughter Robbie Beasley of Rock Hill, SC.
