Rebekah "Nanny" Adams
YORK -- Margaret Rebekah Thomasson Adams (Nanny) born June 2, 1916, went home to be with the Lord on June 3, 2013.
The funeral will be 2:30 P.M. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Tirzah ARP Church with Rev. Bob Elliott and Rev. Andy Putnam officiating. Burial will be held at the church cemetery. Visitation will follow the service at the Tirzah ARP Family Life Center.
Nanny was the daughter of Haskell G. & Helen Campbell Thomasson. She was the widow of Manley Jimmy Adams. She is survived by 3 sons, John C. Adams (Becky), David A. Adams (Yvonne), & Larry N. Adams (Cathy) all of Rock Hill, daughter, Barbara A. Douglas (Chris) of Sharon, grandchildren, Angie A. McCarter (Michael), Randy Adams, Doug Adams (Shannon), Jack Reel (Jenna), Aaron Reel (Lesley), Jonathan Reel (Kim), Sherri A. Kimble (Carson), Shane Adams (Becky), Roger Adams (Susie), Martin Houston (Jennifer), Katie A. Wade (Michael), Brice Douglas, & 18 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, James Thomasson & Bill Thomasson, sisters, Louise T. Keller & Carol T. Burley.
The family will meet at the home of Larry & Cathy Adams, 175 S. Paraham Road, Rock Hill.
