YORK – Peggy Sue (Peace) Childers, 72, of York, SC passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice and Community Care.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Jubilee Christian Center in York, SC with Brother Richard Little officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM Friday at the church. Burial will follow the service at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Peggy was born on September 7, 1948 in Cherokee Falls, SC. She was the daughter of the late Perry Peace and Stella Usie Wright Peace. She was a proud member of Jubilee Christian Center.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Larry G. Childers, children: Scottie Childers (Nikki), Tammy Childs (Mike), Sandra Ellis (Phillip), Larry Childers, Jr. (Joanna), Kenneth Wayne Childers, and Kimberly Ann Adams (Danny); siblings: Ronald Peace, Richard Peace, Danny Peace, Louann Peace, and Margaret Green; eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
