Paul Wilbert Germeroth, 74, formerly of Rock Hill, passed away Friday, February 03, 2017 at his home in York.
The funeral will be at 3PM on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Filbert Presbyterian Church in York with Reverend Dave Hall officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 6-8PM at Bratton Funeral Home.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Paul was a son of the late Wilbert Germeroth and Violet Mohr Germeroth. He was a graduate of North Carolina State University in Mechanical Engineering and retired from Duke Energy with 30 years of service. While a resident in Rock Hill, SC, he was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and also served as treasurer for the Newport Volunteer Fire Department. He was a member of Filbert Presbyterian Church.
Paul is survived by wife, Dell Russum Germeroth of York, SC., daughter, Lisa Parker (Chad) and grandchildren Lilly, Caleb, Jacob, Josef, Della, Bonny, and Micah, of York, son, John Germeroth (Loren) and grandchildren, Joel, Avy May, Coen and Violet, of Greensboro, NC, siblings, Ruth Leubecker (Steve) of Maryland, Joyce Ballos of New York, Dave Germeroth (Sue) of Maryland, Janet Germeroth of Maryland, Dan Germeroth (Debby) of North Carolina, Phil Germeroth (Kathy) of Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Providence Hospice Care of York for their professional care and concern.
