All services will be private. Patsy was a daughter of the late James Robert and Sara Rowe Brayant. She was a member of Filbert Presbyterian Church in America and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Harold Alexander, daughter, Robin Alexander, and 2 sons Bobby Alexander and Ray Alexander, her mother Sara R. Bryant, sister, Margaret B.
