Olean Scronce Derriso, 94, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 at her home in York.
The funeral will be at 3 PM on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Sharon Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 PM on Wednesday at Sharon Baptist Church.
Olean was a daughter of the late Vance L. Scronce and Mildred Jarrett Sconce. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church, and was the widow of Louis Derriso.
She is survived by her daughters, Delorease “Bobbie” Lott, Loretta Elaine Caudle, and Ann Beck, brother, Alex Scronce, sister, JoAnn McDaniel, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sharon Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 6, Sharon, SC 29742.
