YORK -- Octavia Wilson Bowers, 71, of 308 Springdale Dr. passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Bob Sprinkle officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 1 - 2 PM at Bratton Funeral Home.
Octavia Bowers was a daughter of the late Ralph and Novie Sue Wilson and the late Bobbie Jo Fisher Lowe. She was retired from Republic Textile where she was a bookkeeper.
Octavia is survived by husband Kelly Bowers of York, SC, children, Bucky Trimnal (Donna) of Gastonia, NC, Dawn Good (Keith) of York, SC, Bo Bowers (Betty) of Awendaw, SC, grandchildren, Justin and Whitney Good, Joey and Forest Bowers, sisters, Cindy Welch (Phil) of Gastonia, Laura Brack (Bryant) of Gastonia, Kim McGraw (Lee) of Kings Mountain, brother Tommy Wilson (Jenny) of Gastonia, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
