Norman Wayne Robbins, 74, of Clover, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at his home in Clover.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Owens officiating. The burial will be at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2-3 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Wayne was a son of the late Claude Robbins and Kate Norman Robbins, and was the widower of Barbara Dean Haney Robbins. He was retired from All State Mechanical.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Wayne Robbins, Claude Ervin Robbins (Pamela), Michael JC Robbins (Cindy), Claude Dewey Robbins (Kiesha), step son Ryan Marsh, brother Peanut Robbins, 13 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Wayne was preceded in death by daughter Starlene Bradley and step son Tracy Scott Marsh.
