Nellie Grace Brimer Schools, 91, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Rock Hill Post Acute Care.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Jack Gouge and Rev. Terry Feaster officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM at Bratton Funeral Home on Thursday.
Nellie was a daughter of the late Floyd Brimer and Jessie Ewings Brimer, and the widow of Rev. Weston Schools. She was a loving homemaker and member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Nellie is survived by her children, Bill Schools of York, Joyce Schools of Franklin, NC, April Cochrane of Boone, NC, and Judy Lawson of Belmont, NC, 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Nellie was preceded in death by daughter Nancy Schools, five sisters, and four brothers.
