YORK -- Mary Blanche Bolin McCarter, 81, of 1765 Old Pinckney Road passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015, at her home in York.
The funeral will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church with Rev. Barry Lambert officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Blanche was a daughter of the late John Robert Bolin and Thelma Wallace Bolin. She was the widow of Roy Franklin McCarter. Blanche was a retired nurse, was a retired Trustee at York Electric Cooperative, and was a member of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Sharon.
She is survived by son, Larry Franklin McCarter (Tracy Leigh) of York, SC, grandson, Kyle Franklin McCarter, Captain USA, brother, Robert Bolin of Hickory Grove, SC, and sister, Bennie Ramsey of Charlotte, NC.
