Margaret Mohr
YORK -- Margaret Patchen Mohr, 87, went home to be with the Lord on April 6, 2015.
A memorial service will be at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Philadelphia United Methodist Church with Rev. Emily Sutton officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 10:30 - 11:30 AM at Philadelphia U.M.C., and other times at the home of daughter Helen Lewis, 1393 Hawks Nest Road, York, SC.
Margaret was a daughter of the late Clyde Patchen and Margaret Shaw Patchen. She was a member of Philadelphia U.M.C., and formerly a member of Aldersgate U.M.C. in Rock Hill. She was the widow of John T. Mohr, Jr.
She is survived by daughters, Margaret J. Carmello of Catawba, SC, Helen M. Lewis (Carl) of York, SC, son Kenneth Mohr (Connie) of Fort Mill, SC, 7 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Margaret was preceded in death by great grandchild Paxton Griffith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Philadelphia UMC Building Fund, 2260 Chester Hwy, York, SC 29745, or to Agape Hospice of York, 817 E Liberty St, York, SC 29745.
