Lucille Youngblood YORK Lucille Merck Youngblood, 76, of York died Sunday, September 4, 2011, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. The funeral will be at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Rev. Neill McKay will be officiating. Lucille was a daughter of the late John and Mary Church Merck. She was a member of Beth Shiloh Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by husband Claude Youngblood of York, SC, four daughters, Vickie Cornmesser (David) of Gaffney, SC, Elizabeth "Libby" Sowell (Wendell) of Clover, SC, Brenda Earl (Larry) of Hickory Grove, SC, Paige Bishop (Billy) of York, SC, son J. Eddie Youngblood (Diana), brother Harry Merck of Clover, SC, sister Carol Aman of Delta, CO, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Bratton Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 6-8 PM, and other times at the home of daughter, Libby Sowell, 6420 Royal Pines Drive, Clover, SC.
