YORK -- Carolyn "Libby" Ramsey Brown, 67, of 106 Education Lane passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at her home in York.
A graveside service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Rev. Bob Dunn officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 1-3 PM at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Hickory Grove, and other times at the home of daughter, Jennifer Cooney, 108 Education Lane.
Libby was the daughter of the late Grady and Carolyn Dickson Ramsey. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in York, and was retired as the executive secretary after 42 years at Comporium.
She is survived by husband Ronald G. "Ronnie" Brown, daughter Jennifer Cooney (Michael), brother Bratton Ramsey (Beth), grandson Levi Cooney, nephew Allan Ramsey (Cindy), niece Amy Lawton (Robert), and great nephews Wesley and Grady Ramsey.
