Villeplatte, LA – Larry Dean Schronce, 78, passed away peacefully at his sons home in Clover, SC on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Born in Lincolnton, NC, Larry was a son of the late Isaac Schronce and Virginia Caudle Schronce. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, was a graduate of Tennessee Temple University, and was a missionary in the state of Louisiana for 48 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Azalee Miller Schronce, children, Freddy Schronce (Pamela) of York, SC, Debra Calk of Villeplatte, LA, Deann Marcantel (Michael) of Oakdale, LA, Tammy Vance (Allen) of Mooresville, NC, James Schronce (Karen) of Clover, SC, Joshua Schronce of Oakdale, LA, sister, Yvonne Shumaker of Concord, NC, brother, Robert Schronce of Concord, NC, 13 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his daughter Janet Schronce.
