CLOVER -- Lamar McSwain, 62, of 1173 CE Stewart Road died Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at his home in Clover.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Mickey Totherow officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 - 2 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Lamar McSwain was a son of Jean Beamguard McSwain and the late Jason Dector McSwain. He was retired from Celanese.
He is survived by his mother Jean McSwain of Clover, brother David McSwain (Edie) of York, sister Betty Costner (Mike) of Clover, nephews, Brad Costner, Kirk McSwain, and niece Meridith McSwain.
