Kimberly Louise Helms, 56, of York, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. James Holman officiating. A visitation will be at Bratton Funeral Home on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 1-2PM.
Born in Gastonia, NC, Kim was a daughter of Mary Yarbrough Helms and the late Ted Butler. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and worked as a CNA with White Oak Manor in York.
In addition to her mother, Kim is survived by her husband Jerry Helms, sons William Charles "Billy" Helms (Christina), James Robert Trammell, David Albert Trammell, daughter, Bethnay Helms, brothers, Lewis Clayton Martin, Calvin Thomas Martin Jr., sister, Rebecca Butler Ray, step-father, J.W. Helms, and six grandchildren. Kim was preceded in death by her grandson, Charles Alexander Helms.
