Judy Gail Justice Meredith, 68, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The funeral service will held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Mount Carmel Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. John Cody officiating. The burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 6 – 8 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Mrs. Meredith was a daughter of the late William James Justice and Alice Dover Justice. She was the widow of Isaac “Pete” Meredith and was retired from Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her sons, Billy Meredith of Clover, James Meredith of Clover, brother, AC Freshour Jr. of Clover, sisters, Barbara Wilt of Blacksburg, Kay Lackey of Myrtle Beach, four grandchildren, Alissa Meredith, Chris Meredith, JW Meredith, and Heather Keener, and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Judy was preceded in death by son Jerry Wayne Meredith and brother Leroy Justice.
