John Jones

A Home-Going Service for Mr. John W. Jones was held Monday, December 23, 2019 at 1:00 P. M. in
the Chapel of Wyche’s Funeral Home. The Rev. Matthew Watkins did officiate and burial will follow
in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, Georgia.
Mr. Jones was a military veteran and the recipient of two purple hearts for wounds received
during his tours in the service.
He was a long-time residence of Watkins Personal Care in Montrose, Georgia and was survived
by many family and friends.
Friends were being received at the home of Malcolm and Yvonne Watkins, 1939 Issac Watkins Road,
Montrose, Ga. Arrangements entrusted to Wyche’s Funeral Home.
