Joan Little Ballard, 76, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
The funeral will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Jubilee Christian Center with Rev. Richard Little officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM on Friday at Jubilee Christian Center.
Joan was a daughter of the late John L. Little and Madgeline Lanier. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Jubilee Christian Center in York.
She is survived by her husband Jimmy R. Ballard, children, Edward M. Thompson, Jr., Joanna L. Burns, Sharon T. Cogdell, Rebecca A. Hoyle, brother Richard Little, sister, Judy Mead, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her brother Jack Little.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jubilee Christian Center, 2105 Old York Road, York, SC 29745.
