CLOVER – Gerald “Jerry” Louis McCartney, 78, of Clover, SC, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020 at his home.
Jerry was born on November 2, 1941 in Urania, LA. He was the son of the late Ellis Earl McCartney and Pearl Aletha Callendar McCartney.
He is survived by his wife, Judith “Judy” Elaine Preslar McCartney, daughters, Deborah McCartney, Shelly Jo Chastain, Donna Jo Owen (Ed), Toni McCartney, ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Elaine McCartney.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 4-6pm at the home.
