York-James Stephen Kujawa, 71, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021 at his home in York.
James was born in Buffalo, NY on November 9, 1949 to the late Richard Kujawa and Ruth Ellerman Kujawa.
James was a United States ARMY veteran and a registered CVICU Nurse.
James is survived by his wife Kathleen Kujawa, of York,SC , step daughters Holly Lezynski (Jason) of Alden, NY, Tina Mills of Rock Hill, SC, grandchildren Adam Mills, Steven Hall, Katherine Hall, and Emily Hall, step grandchildren Cody Lezynski, Trent Lezynski, and Aubrey Lesynski. His brother Kevin Kujawa of California.
Along with his parents James was preceded in death by his son Adam, and brother Paul Kujawa.
