HICKORY GROVE -- Glenda Jay Boheler Smarr, 72, of 12055 Smithford Road died Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at UniHealth in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Salem Presbyerian Church in Gaffney, SC with Rev. Toby Pope and Rev. Jeff Gilfillan officiating. Burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Bratton Funeral Home from 6 - 8 PM.
Glenda was a daughter of the late Romey Boheler and Mary Hicks Boheler. She was the widow of Wilburn Earl Smarr. Glenda was a member of Salem Presbyterian Church and was retired from Chicago Raw Hide in Gastonia.
She is survived by two sons, Randy Earl Smarr (Dale) of Hickory Grove, SC, Thomas Keith Smarr (Tammy) of Hickory Grove, SC, brothers, Jimmy Boheler of York, SC, Gary Boheler of Clover, SC, Ricky Boheler of Clover, SC, sister, Jane Bailey of Rock Hill, SC, and five grandsons.
