YORK -- George Baxter Dickson, Jr, 82, of 175 Kenny Drive passed away Friday, June 06, 2014, at his home in York.
A graveside service will be at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday June 10, 2014 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with the Rev. Lee Dye officiating. Masonic Rites will be at 12:45 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York with visitation to follow from 1-2 PM.
A native of York, George was a son of the late George Baxter Dickson, Sr and Ella Templeton Dickson George was retired from the United States Air Force after 42 years of service.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Bailey Dickson of York, daughter, Laura Boling, son, Chris Dickson, and 3 step daughters, Elizabeth Allen , Dallas Warren , Brenda Roscoe , 3 sisters, Beth Miller of Indian Land, Rebecca Pressley of York, Jeanie Marett of Rock Hill, and 2 brothers, Herbert Dickson of Rock Hill, John T. Dickson of York, and 10 grandchildren.
