Garner White Stewart, Jr., 78, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill on Monday, January 14, 2019.
A graveside service will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, January 16, 2018 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York with Rev. Chris Liles officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 PM on Wednesday at Bratton Funeral Home.
Born January 14, 1941 in York, Garner was the son of the late Garner W. Stewart Sr. and Martha Bigger Stewart. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and was an electronic repairman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lion’s Club of York, SC, 4 Georgia Ave, York, SC 29745.
