Funeral Homes in Ashtabula, OH

The funeral home's location on South Center Street in Springfield has been renamed Robert C. Henry Way in recognition of the business.

Established in 1923 by Frank M. Higgins and Marie Rosensteel, Higgins-Reardon is one of the longest-serving funeral providers in Mahoning County and remains family-owned under third-generation leadership. The funeral home operates five chapels across the region and maintains its own on-site crematory, ensuring families' loved ones remain in the same facility throughout the cremation process.

Founded in 2006 as a locally owned alternative to corporate funeral homes, Zachrich Funeral Home was established by owners who had previously worked for a corporate firm and deliberately chose to operate independently without corporate oversight or stockholder mandates.
