Funeral Homes in West Frankfort, IL

Hickey Memorial Chapel has served multiple generations of area families with some families returning for three or more services over the years, demonstrating sustained trust and loyalty across decades.

Pate Funeral Home was established in 1928 as Hobbs-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory and is currently owned and operated by funeral director Steven Pate, who resides on-site with his family. The facility features a 10,000-square-foot building constructed in the mid-1990s with an on-site crematorium.

The funeral home preserved its established name rather than renaming it after the current owners Todd Ettinger, Carrie Walters, and Alan Palmer took over.
