Stanley S. Stephens, Sr. founded Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home in 1941, initially serving families from his own home in Allentown. The business has remained family-owned across multiple generations, with Matt Stephens currently continuing the family's involvement in the funeral home's operations.
In recent years, the funeral home relocated to a new facility at 274 N. Krocks Road in Allentown, expanding its capacity to serve families throughout Lehigh County and surrounding communities including Bethlehem, Catasauqua, and Coopersburg. The Stephens family hosts regular community events and maintains direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
