About St. John Funeral Home
St. John Funeral Home traces back to 1913, when the St. John family began serving the Slovak-Hungarian-Italian community in Cleveland's Buckeye-Woodland neighborhood. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the business operates alongside a sister location in Bedford, with the Bainbridge Township facility opening in March 2014 to extend service into Geauga County.
The Bainbridge Township location features two large chapels and expansive parking, supporting both traditional burial and cremation services along with pre-need planning. Funeral directors Charles J. "Chuck" St. John and Chris St. John lead the staff, continuing the family's direct involvement in day-to-day services.
The funeral home serves families throughout Geauga, Cuyahoga, Portage, and Summit counties, including those in Bainbridge, Chagrin Falls, and Chardon.
