About Short & Rowe Funeral Home

The Short and Rowe families have served Marlborough and surrounding communities for over 100 years. In 2019, the Short Family purchased the John P. Rowe Funeral Home, which had been family-operated since 1921 when William R. Short and John P. Rowe, Sr. started their respective funeral homes. John P. Rowe III serves as Managing Funeral Director.

The funeral home is situated just west of downtown Marlborough with ample on-street parking, handicap accessibility, and updated facilities. Pre-arrangement services are available through New England Funeral Trust or TD Wealth. The facility includes a chapel that can accommodate traditional services, and staff can coordinate services at churches, gravesides, or in families' homes.
