About Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home
Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home has served Baraboo and Sauk County families since 1939. Mandy Ertz, a Baraboo native and Milwaukee Area Technical College mortuary science graduate, purchased the business from the Redlin family in May 2016 and renamed it Redlin-Ertz in July 2021. Licensed funeral director Diana Raupp, who also worked as a hospice and acute-care registered nurse, and director Jenna Krenz, with 17 years of experience including work in nearby Portage, round out the staff.
The funeral home moved to its current Madison Avenue facility in July 2004 to provide newer space, additional parking, and easier accessibility. Izzy, a certified therapy dog, is present during arrangement conferences, visitations, and funerals.
Families from Lake Delton, Reedsburg, Sauk City, Portage, and other nearby Sauk County communities are served, with options including traditional funeral services, cremation, and prearrangement and funeral trust planning.
