Jeff and Amy Rasmussen opened Rasmussen Funeral Home in Burley in 2000 to serve Magic Valley families. In 2018, the business became Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home following the formation of a partnership with Court and Jill Wilson, who had joined the staff years earlier.

Jeff Rasmussen graduated from the Cypress School of Mortuary Science and previously studied organ performance at Brigham Young University under Professor Parley Belnap. Court Wilson holds a bachelor's degree in commercial French from Weber State University and is fluent in French following mission service in Paris. The staff includes Idaho-licensed mortician Nik Rasmussen and pre-need and aftercare specialist Ben Biermann.

The funeral home offers both traditional chapel services and church funeral arrangements. Families may hold visitations at the funeral home facility the evening before services.
