Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home was established in 1919 and has remained family owned for over a century. For more than 25 years, the Debnam family has continued this legacy of service to Pender County and surrounding communities including Wallace and Wilmington.
The funeral home operates multiple chapels across the region, including their Burgaw location, a Norwood Street Chapel in Wallace managed by Family Funeral Director Diane Blanton, and a Bradley Creek Chapel in Wilmington managed by Funeral Service Director Vinnie Spinelli. Family ownership includes Ann Debnam, Christopher W. Debnam, and Jennifer Debnam Augi, all licensed funeral service professionals.
Quinn-McGowen operates its own on-site crematory and manages three cemeteries: Riverview Memorial Park, Rockfish Memorial Cemetery, and Duplin Memorial Gardens. The funeral home is a member of Selected Independent Funeral Homes, an invitation-only professional association.
