About Price Funeral Home
Price Funeral Home has served Philadelphia families since 1952, when John M. A. Price, Sr. founded the business after training at the Dolan College of Mortuary Science and studying physical therapy at Temple University. Price, Sr. was a member of the Quaker State Funeral Directors Association and served as a Ward Leader for the city's 24th Ward, building the funeral home's ties to the surrounding Philadelphia County neighborhoods it continues to serve.
The business has remained under the Price family's direction through a second generation, John Price, Jr., carrying forward a multi-generational approach to funeral service in Philadelphia.
