About Pennington Funeral Home
Pennington Funeral Home was established in 1897 and has served San Marcos and Hays County for 128 years. The funeral home is currently operated by Shane Glosson, the third generation of the Pennington family, who is the grandson of Edra Pennington and nephew of Bill Pennington.
Shane Glosson grew up in the funeral home and worked as a funeral director there for 18 years before taking over operations. The funeral home has been voted Best Funeral Home in Hays County and provides services including casket and urn selection, funeral flowers, and headstone arrangements.
