About Moore Funeral Home
Moore Funeral Home was founded in 1885 and remains an independent, family-owned operation in Brazil. The funeral home has been recognized with the NFDA Pursuit of Excellence Award from 2000 through 2010, was inducted into the NFDA Hall of Excellence in 2009, and received the Indiana Funeral Directors Association Award of Excellence in both 2009 and 2010.
Moore Funeral Home became Indiana's first funeral home to receive the NFDA Green Practices Certificate in 2010-2011, reflecting a commitment to environmentally conscious funeral service options. The staff provides pre-arrangement planning services in addition to immediate-need funeral and cremation care.
