Michaelson Funeral Home — Funeral Home in Owatonna, MN

Michaelson Funeral Home is led by owner and funeral director Cory Michaelson, who earned his Bachelor of Science in Mortuary Science from the University of Minnesota in 1996 and has been a licensed funeral director since that year. Cory worked alongside his father at the funeral home throughout his school years and later completed an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2014.

Funeral director Corbin Brocker joined the staff in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree in Mortuary Science. Corbin, a Lake Crystal native, served four years in the United States Navy before pursuing his mortuary science education and now serves families in Owatonna and the surrounding Steele County communities.
