The funeral home originally opened in a renovated home on East Cumberland Street in Dunn before relocating to its current facility at 707 East Edgerton Street in 1949.
The Dunn location was remodeled in both 1972 and 1992 with a focus on comfort and accessibility for all visitors. In 1974, Dafford Funeral Home expanded to open a second location in Angier. Both facilities offer traditional funeral services, viewings, and home setups with options for families to personalize services with photographs and personal items.
