Collier's Funeral Home was founded in 1946 by Sheldon C. "Pete" Collier, a licensed embalmer and funeral director since 1929, and his wife Bernice M. Collier. The business originally operated on St. Charles Rock Road in Saint Ann for 45 years before relocating in 1991 to a 15,000 square foot facility on North Lindbergh Boulevard in Bridgeton.
Now in its third generation of family ownership, the funeral home is operated by Thomas M. Collier and Colleen M. Collier Woerheide, grandchildren of the founders. The business has served the St. Louis Metropolitan Area for over 75 years, maintaining continuous family involvement through three generations of the Collier family.
